If you need help using Allegro.pas or just game design and development, here you have some helpful forums. I use them so I can read your questions and answer them. Note you can use also Mailing lists and SourceForge's discussions.
Don't use these to inform about bugs or make suggestions. Use the Bug tracker and Feature requests instead.
